Once a week or after it rains assures overlapping coverage. After rain, wait until the yard is dry to re-apply.

The average home will take around 15 minutes, and can take up to 30 minutes for a larger yard.

Can I leave the unused portion of the solution in the tank in between treatments?
Yes you can, however, make sure the valves are off, the cap is tight, and the tank is left in an upright position.

The Mosquito 86 system can be used in light wind as it has very good directional control and can be applied accurately. However, the wind should always be at your back to avoid being in the path of the spray solution that is blown away from the target zone. When done properly, the wind at your back can also aid in the application process.

How high should I spray?
Keep the application low to the ground. Mosquitoes typically do not fly higher than the height of an average person.

Should I run the gas blower at the highest speed while using the system?
Yes, run it at the highest speed for the best dispersion of solution and the best directional control.

Is the system harmful to children or pets?
When used as directed, it is safe for children and pets. As with any treatment around the home, such as fertilization, wait until the solution is dry before using the yard. Then, enjoy your yard as you normally would except without those pesky mosquitoes! The Mosquito 86 system also eliminates fleas and ticks which is an additional benefit for pets.

Can I use the system as a leaf blower as well?
Absolutely, just remove the blower tube/nozzle assembly and attach the standard leaf blowing tube that is supplied within the complete Mosquito 86 kit.
