You may also reach us by telephone toll free at 1(877)639-8686. Call us with your questions or comments, and we will do everything we can to make sure your Mosquito 86 experience is a good one. If a customer service rep is not available when you call, one will return your call within 24 hours.

Guarantee
We unconditionally guarantee all Mosquito 86™ merchandise sold for 30 days from the original purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise, for any reason, for a prompt refund or exchange.

Order by Mail Or Fax
We welcome fax orders at 775-310-4244 and orders via mail at our address listed on our Contact Us page. The easiest way to order by fax is to print and fill out a copy of our order form, or a customer service rep can take your order over the phone.

If faxing your order, please include your credit card billing information.

If mailing your order, please make checks or money order payable to Mosquito 86. Your order will be held until they clear.

Payment Options
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and Discover. We also use PayPal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). This information is verified as an extra security measure. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request. Upon authorization of your order, your credit card will be charged for the total order amount.

Shipping Rates

Continental US
Shipping and handling charges for orders shipped to an address in the continental US will be based on weight and shipping zone. All items ship via UPS with the following options:

  • UPS Next Day Air; UPS Next Day Air Early AM;
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver; UPS 2nd Day Air;
  • UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.; UPS 3 Day Select;
  • UPS Ground

Alaska and Hawaii
Mosquito 86™ ships to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air

We process orders within 24-48 hours after receipt, Monday through Friday. In most cases, orders received by 11am Central Time on a weekday will be processed the same day.

Sales Tax
Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process and is based on existing local, state and federal laws. Items shipped to locations in the state of Illinois will be assessed a 8.75% sales tax. Any taxes imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your order.

Order Status
When your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your package by calling UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (with your tracking number available) or by visiting www.UPS.com and entering your tracking number into the space provided. If this does not provide sufficient information, please us or call us (toll-free within the US) at 1(877)639-8686, and we will be happy to assist you.

Backorders
From time to time an item in our store is out of stock. If you select an item that is out of stock you will receive a message indicating it will be backordered. You will also be given an estimated time to shipping. You will be given the option to either accept the delay or cancel your order.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused merchandise, for any reason, for a prompt refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Policy:

  • All items must be in the condition you received them.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to shipping your package back to us. To obtain a RMA # for your return/exchange, please call 1(877)639-8686 (toll-free in US). Please note: returns/exchanges will not be accepted without a RMA #.

Returns should be sent (with the RMA written on the outside of the package) and original sales receipt to:
